Verde Barbell Gym Will Have It's New Location Grand Opening on 11/1/08

On Saturday November 1^st, 2008 Verde Barbell Gym will have it’s new location Grand Opening. The Grand Opening will be at the gym, which is located at 458 S. 1^st Street in Camp Verde, Arizona. The Grand Opening will be held between 12 noon and 3pm, refreshments will be provided. Several drawings will be held and prizes will be given away. We will give away free memberships, passes to aerobics classes, club t-shirts, and some local restaurants have provided certificates that will be given away as well. Stop by and celebrate with us and tour the facility, we’d love to see you there. Everyone is invited, we hope to see current members, friends, family, and anyone interested in the gym.

Verde Barbell Gym has Relocated to the New Location in Camp Verde, Arizona

On Friday October 10^th, 2008 Verde Barbell Gym relocated to the new location at 458 S. 1^st Street in Camp Verde, Arizona. The new facility is over 1500 sf with approximately half of the building allocated to weight training equipment. A room will also be provided for aerobic classes.

At the new facility there are several new features. The parking for the facility is at the back side of the building. To get to the parking area, turn down the driveway on the opposite side of the adjacent residence. Management is in the process of placing detailed signs.

The new facility is still open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, an attendant will be present Monday thru Friday between 7 am and 10 am and Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 5 pm and 8 pm.

New membership options are available as well. Also, you can now pay your membership fees by debit or credit card.

Team Verde Barbell will be attending the Natural Athlete Strength Association Meet in Mesa, Arizona

On November 8^th and 9^th, 2008 team Verde Barbell will attend the Natural Athlete Strength Association’s (NASA) Masters/Submasters Nationals in Mesa, Arizona. Men and women in the 114lb -198lb classes will compete on Nov. 8^th and men in the 220lb –Super Heavy Weight divisions will compete on Nov. 9^th. This meet will include many different age divisions and events. The meet is for drug free lifters only, urine testing will be conducted. For more information on the meet go to www.nasa-sports.com.
